At Plan C, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
